I am being charged for broadband but havent receivedmy router yet

I have contacted sky nimerous times as i havent received my broadband router.  Everytime i am told it is being sent and they spologise, yet i still havent received it and am nowbeing charged for domething i havent got.  Also they contactedvirgin myprevious provider and stopped there connection so i have no briadband at all
