I NEED TO APPLY FOR A COMPENSATION

I WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE MY CONNECTION ON NOVEMBER 2ND AND ITS STILL NOT COME THROUGH.

YOU'LL HAVE ALREADY TAKEN THE FIRST INSTALMENT FROM MY ACCOUNT. THIS IS TERRIBLE SERVICE
