Hun won't connect to devices

Hub won't connect to devices and won't show as being available on any devices. Tried reset and switching off and on. Only had this hub 2 weeks and not a good start to service from sky.

@Steven788 if you have a white Sky hub try a full reset which requires you to hold in the wps button until tge led flashes which takes upmto 30 seconds. Tgere have been a number of similar reports which I have asked Skybto look into.
