Hun disconnecting

Please could I have a new router sent out. My current one is quite old and keeps disconnecting me, I work from home so is causing my lots of issues.

@Carly210191 you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum and today yiu will struggle to contact them due tomthe extreme weather so its probably better to leave calling them until next week.
