After two months frustration of my laptop not being able to "see" my new sky broadband, I paid a specialist to come to the house. He got my laptop on the broadband but every 10 mins or less the wifi dropped - his view is that the router is faulty. I have had to buy a usb adapter to be online at home at all. So unsatisfactory and expensive i regret the move to sky and am considering that due to no service I have a right to cancel without penalty. It would be so good to actually talk to a human being at sky.

Find out more@SusanMorrissey you can call Sky and speak to a human but you need to be patient and not accept offers of texts etc. However to makecthings as easy as possible I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the brightly coloured chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
