Hello my sky hub only has 2 green lights on it. My wifi is working downstairs but upstairs its lost connection as it uses the hub has anyone had this problem?

@Jamie19781 do you mean tge Sky hub which is the device connected to the line into your home or an extender you use to get wifi upstairs? Issues with the former would affect all of your devices.
