Hub won’t turn on

Can someone help please? 

I got a message on screen saying no wifi, so I have followed the steps to turn everything off and back on but now my sky hub will not turn back on.

@David89898989 if the hub will not power up,and you have checked the power outlet is good call Sky tonreport tgecfailure and theybwill send you a replacement .
