Hub return

Iv returned my sky hub back with my sky q boxes all together they say not sent hub even though sky q boxes have returned and been taken off my account i have pictures to prove all boxed together and the email confirmation of the package been picked

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
