I have had my hub for 14 years , my wi fi keeps going and weaker. Can I have a new up to date hub no charge.

That makes no sense, your router can't be 14 years old if you have the Sky Q hub as it was only released in 2016.
The Sky Q hub is still the current router for anyone who does not have Sky VOIP calling, Full fibre or Sky Boost.

Q box hub. (8 years old) But the router is 14 years old doi need a new router.

Sky have sent me a new hub but I cannot connect it. Sky told me when the new hub is in I have to reconnect all my devices in my house with passwords etc. is this right. Also I asked if they could send an engineer out to connect the new hub because I have not got a clue. Then I will send the old one back. But sky said they do not send engineers out. So what's the point of a new hub. Also is the newer hub going to be better than the o,d hub.

Why cant you connect it? Which step are you struggling with?
