Hub offline with a green light

We have no connection to wifi. The hub has a green light. Have done a check on the My Sky app and it says its a great connection and everything is working- it also says my hub is offline.

@HarassedMum after midnight there could be essential maintenance work being done in the network which means the hub is connected to the exchange but no data flows. If so your connection should be back by mirning. If it isnt and the service checker in the My Sky app run overca mobile connection is not telling you Sky are aware of a fault do you need to contact Sky.
