Hub not working

The power and WiFi lights are green but the internet light is not on and there is no connection. We have tried all the ports on the ONT.

Thank you for your help. I have been on the phone to Sky and they have found the issue - Openreach gave the wrong serial number for the handover so hopefully they can come and fix the issue soon.

@JHyde1 assuming the hub is correctly connected to the ONT if you have not done so reboot both the hub and the ONT by briefly disconnecting their power. If after that there is no connection using a mobiile connection log into the My Sky app and run the service checker which can tell you if Sky arecalready aware of a fault affecting your line and once it picks up,the line drop which can take an hour it will walk you through acfew steps before offering to book an engineer.
