Hub not dispatched

The engineer is coming in 6 days to connect me, but the hub hasn't been dispatched yet. I saw it can take 5 working days to arrive, which would be after the engineer comes. Is that normal? Is there an email I can reach out?

@FilipeV hubs are sent by the Royal Mail tracked 48 service to arrive 1 or 2 days before the install date although that doesnt always work most arrive properly. Normally customer service agents cannot get hubs sent earlier or get a second hub dispatched until the routine service has failed. The installation by the engineer can proceed without the hub but of course you wont be able to usectge service until your's turns uo.
