Hub not delivered

I am due to go live tommorw 22/11/2021 we haven't had a hub deliverd there isn't a expected delivery date on my sky either

If not delivered by tomorrow then one of our superusers can escalate this for you so that if necessary a replacement will hopefully be with you in time to connect to your sky q.

 

The satellite installation should go ahead as planned independent to your broadband

Are you new to sky or have you upgraded?

 

If you could post here tomorrow if you still haven't received it. Sky will be unable to reissue a replacement until the date of activation

I've escalated this to Sky and they should be in touch with you soon about it.
Look out for a message from Sky on your email and Sky Community private messages.

Hi I messaged yesterday had some great help but unfortunately my signal was lost and the person that was helping couldn't find any off my details would anyone be able to help as my broadband is going live today I have no hub if I borrow a hub from a family member would that work please thankyo
