Hub keeps disconnecting from the internet

My hub has only 2 green lights. Reset the hub checked all the connections and it comes back on and eventually have all green lights. Unable to connect sky glass

I've tried to get the stats as suggested but it won't let me sign in to the maintenance page

If your using an Apple device try with a non apple device or other browser than Safari
