Hub hasn't arrived but bills are ready

Hi, ROI Sky user here

The Sky Hub delivery was planned for yesterday Wednesday, but hasn't arrived.

 

Today Thursday the engineer installed and activated the service, even I have my first bill ready counting from today.

I haven't any tracker neither. The "Track Your Order" button at MySky show me this error message "The page you're looking for could not be found. The link you used may be out of date or the address may have been typed incorrectly. Please check and try again."

The IT girl told me she has same info and error than me, and can't do nothing, just wait for the delivery company. What company? She didn't know too.

 

I've been locked up at home for two days waiting for the hub... Thank you for your help!

@JTVSP dont know which carrier Sky use to deliver hubs in Ireland but in the UK its the postman where tracking only works after delivery and if your mail is like ours delays are common. It is frustrating when a hub goes AWOL but normally getting credit from Sky is easier after the event and you are within your rights to be credited for the days missed so call them once the hub turns up.

This is very frustrating, one week later there's no agent can give me any response about where is the router, or even if it was really send. I lived in four countries and this is the worst experience ever with a broadband company.
