Due to be connected to sky broadband tomorrow - I haven’t received my hub yet. Under Order Status is ssays "Awaiting Dispatch". What does that mean? How is the hub not yet dispatched if it's due to go live tomorrow? I require Wifi constantly for work. How am I supposed to work without the hub?
I can't just "contact" them as my phone has been disconnected from the previous supplier and it won't work until connected to Sky wifi.
Please help, this is really urgent.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThere was a recent issue with the dispatching of hubs which I believe has been resolved but I suppose itll take a day or two to catch up. It coukd still arrive tomorrow pre activation.

Thank you for responding. Tomorrow is Sunday though, so unlikely? What do I do if it doesn't arrive?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@sgreybe are you sure the activation is tomorrow Sunday ? It would be very unusual for Openreach to activate a domestic line on a wekend. I would check the installation date in the My Sky app if it is tomorrow then you will have to speak to Sky - assume you have a mobile calls to their 03 numbers are charged as normal calls and included in any call package you have. They can often get a hub sent out over night.
There was an issue with dispatch of hubs in the last 2 weeks but the last we were told was that had been resolved. The fact you plan to use your line for work doesnt give you any priority as the service is sold for domestic use.

Thank you for answering, I double-checked and you are right, it's Monday not Sunday. I feel a bit better - can it still arrive on the day of activation?
