Hub delivery

Hi

the broadband engineer is coming on Monday and I still haven't received my hub. In my order, the status is in progress, no information of delivery tracking.

What time does it take to be delivered ? The appointment has been settled 3 weeks ago.

@BwAcw  Your router delivery normally happens a few days before activation. But on the few occasions the router delivery has to be chased up.

@BwAcw  If it is not delivered by the day of activation then it can be chased up, but not before that.
