Hub delivery

Hi I'm being activated on the 21st of May and just a bit concerned my hub has not been dispatched yet. Please could you look into this for me. Regards Julie Parry

This is a customer helps customer forum @Jpann55 so what we can do so is usually the hub should arrive a few days prior to the activation.

You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on here. This is primarily a customer to customer forum.

 

Hubs are dispatched to arrive a day or two before the planned activation so,plenty of time yet.
