Hub connection status

I have two puks in different rooms, one is showing good connection status and the other one is showing unknown connection status, it doesn't seem to make any difference what I do or which trouble shooting route I follow I cannot get it to change tia

Does it actually work though? Connection status via the MySky app can be incorrect. 
Is the broadband speed in the other room fast and stable enough for the puck to function? The pucks don't talk to one another or boost WiFi, they each require an independent connection to your home broadband.
