Hello, I setup my new Sky Max Hub this evening. All working fine except the hub doesn't appear in the my sky app, so I can't change the SSID and password. I really don't want to have to change the connection on every device in the house.
I've tried calling sky but after 50 minutes on hold I gave up.
I've seen other posts where this issue has been escalated to sky, and I would very much like to go down that avenue as well

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@TiggerTiggers There has been issues with this happening with some saying that they need Sky to intervention. Others have seen it appear after 24 hours. With others logging out of the app and uninstalling it and restarting the router and reinstall the app and login for it to show.
