My hub has been dropping off regularly and devices are not connecting to the internet so we're having to reset the router. it's been getting more frequent and although devices are still connected to the network they aren't getting internet without a hub reset. The lights are all still on but no traffic is passing. Multiple devices are affected although it's not noticable straight away on phones as they swith to celular signal. details below as it's just been reset again;

The only thing of note is you are using a obsolete router that only has 2.4ghz wifi which is prone to interference from certain household appliances and neighbouring network ssids
First thing i would advise would be to contact sky for a new router sky q hub er115 or broadband hub sr203

Also as everything shows connected for 13-15 minutes its hard to say if theres an external fault. If you want could you post your statistics again in a couple of hours without resetting the hub itself

@cookiemonsteruk it's been happening on and off for a few months but we've just lived with resetting the hub, most of the time it's not noticable unless I'm working from home or on the Playstation then it's noticed straight away. It more then likely the age of the hub as you say it only operates on 2.4ghz and I beleive it's about 6+ years old so could do with updating.
