My hub has four lights and light number 2 and 4 change from Green to orange, everything then goes off (broadband WiFi, sky stream TV). After a few mins they turn back green and all comes back on but this now happens anything between 5 and 10 times per day.
Has anyone else had this issue?

Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
