Hub colour
Hi folks
I am wondering if I could choose my hub broadband colour as I would really like to have black one as it would match my furniture colour. Thanks
Matt

It doesn't work like that. The hub that is sent is based on the package you have.

Do Sky still keep their login details locked away so you can't buy and use a 3rd party router?

Re: Hub colour
@ChodleySky do not use specific log in details. Most third party routers can be connected to Sky lines if corrrctly configured. Sky do not support third party kit but this forum can help
@Mateusz83 Sky do not give a choice on which hub you get but they are switching to white models which are newer and faster and phasing out the older black models
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode

New customers usually receive a white Max Hub (2023) unless it's a white Gigafast+ Hub (2025)
The previous Sky Broadband Hub (2019) is black.
All earlier models are obsolete.
