I've received a letter which says my hub no longer receives service and security updates. It advises me to visit the portal for review my options, but I can't see anything about this on the portal. What are my options?

There should be a URL quoted at the foot of the letter. When you go to this, there's a dropdown option to change your hub.
Take a look at your options: / Change your hub
If that doesn't work you'll need to call Sky to arrange it.
