Hub Power Supply is broken

Hi Everyone,

I am new to this community. We had a lightning strike at the house today which blew the house fuses and has blown the Sky Broadband Hub power supply.

Has anyone had ordered a new one and how did they do this?

I just called the main number after the useless chatbot couldn't understand what I wanted and there is a 40-minute wait time.

You would need to call sky to get a new hub and power cable

thanks! I'll give them a call tomorrow, I managed to get it working using a USB-C iPad charger. Cheers.. Phil
