Sometimes I get 12mbps and sometimes it is down to sub 1mbps. Sometimes connection drops and won't re-establish. Generally I have a smart speaker and two mobile phones in this room. It is the farthest room from the router. I have one plug in extender that serves another room at the edge (supplied by Sky). I think I need another extender to serve this room
