Hi was due delivery of hub today via royal mail have waited all day said property is inaccessible No one has even attempted to deliver at all I had the same problem when I joined another service the hub was sent back and I never received it and was charged a full contract ,my services are due to go live monday I need a hub sent out before then via a different courier royal mail are not attempting to deliver at all and are messing up my contract if i dont recieve hub i need to cancel asap any help thanks.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreSky only use Royal Mail afaik. Perhaps try Royal Mail to see if you can collect from the local depot.

Thanks for your reply royal mail have tried no attempt at all to delivery to my property the hub has been delivered to a neighbour whom I can't contact they have caused me issues and stole from me previously royal mail has no right to deliver anything else where I do not have safe place or any mention to leave with a neighbour they have took in the parcel knowing I wont get it at all they will sell my products my services are now activated and I still dont have the correct equipment.any help many thanks.
