Hub Help

I have had hub switched on with no problem by ethernet and WiFi. All of a sudden tv said lan is disconnected and WiFi devices have lost internet. When I checked the hub it has a constant green flashing light and has been I've that for about 40 mins. I've tried the usual fixes to no avail. Any suggestions? Thanks
