Hub 6

We got the hub6 today with sky max hub ...I did a download test from a few apps and on average its coming in at around 13mbps ...I was expecting a lot more .

You appear to be on the 100Mbps service which is what the hub is receiving, any ethernet connected device would get similar figures (dependant on the device). Your 12Mbps figure appears to be from a phone so using WiFi. What does the app say when you click on the WiFi tab? Use either the app or https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

Your MySky broadband service checker picture looks just like mine (bar I'm on 500Mbps) but I've disabled the Sky Max Wifi and use a mesh system for WiFi access. Is this something that you've done?

 

If not, hold in the wps button on the side of the router for 30 seconds to do a full router reset (this will reset the SSID & WiFi password to the original BTW). If you'd rather, you could unplug it first for 5 minutes and let it reboot and see where you stand.
