How you upgrade from sky q hub

Hi wondering how you upgrade from sky q hub to sky broadband or sky max many thanks

Sky are gradually replacing Sky Q hubs which won't receive security updates from the New Year. If you haven't already you'll receive an email or letter explaining how to change it free of charge.,
