How to watch

When I was looking at broadband packages it showed all the channels I would get for free. I therefore didn't purchase a separate tv package. I have sky full fibre 500. How do I watch the channels it said it came with? There is no link to my tv.

As @GD1 indicates, the online subscription television service is 'Sky Stream', which is frequently co-sold alongside Sky Broadband but isn't contractually a 'bundle' with it (unlike Virgin Media and EETV which operate on a different business model)

Stream has two television content options, Ultimate TV (full channel lineup for £25 - £30 plus add-ons) and Essential TV (subset of channels plus Sky Atlantic from c£15)

Sky Glass 55" (on ethernet) & two Stream Pucks (one ethernet / one WiFi)
BT Halo 3+ Ultrafast FTTP (500Mbs), BT Smart Hub 2

@SophieD81  If you haven't subscribed to Sky Q or Sky Stream then you won't be able to view any channels on a broadband package.

I think you may be getting confused with the service called Sky Stream which requires a stream puck supplied by Sky and a TV subscription which will be an extra cost in addition to your monthly broadband service.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Re: How to watch

Ok thanks. I really thought I had read it all carefully! Obviously not. Thankfully I also have a fire stick with Amazon so can watch on there. I just thought I was getting more access.
