How to turn off WiFi

I have SR203 SKY hub (black), I don't want WiFi at all, zero.

I've done the usual admin stuff on the router, turned it all off, doesn't make any difference. WiFi is on - the network shows up on other devices, the indicator light on the router is on.

I'm not going to download an app, my phone is probably not 'smart' enough anyway 🙂 The admin function on the router should do its job.

I can't see what I am getting wrong, I hope someone can point me in the right direction.

The Sky Broadband Hub isn't administered through an app: that's the more recent Max and Gigafast+ models.

Re: How to turn off WiFi

That's irrelevant, I wonder why you bothered to waste everyone's time with a nonsense response.

I figured it out anyway.

What I was missing is that there are two tabs at the top of the page, one for 2.4GHz and one for 5.0GHz, I had only disconnected one of them.
