Hi,
I just moved in with my wife and we want to subscribe to a TV/Broadband package. However, it looks like (after filling in my address details) that I need to call SKY (the previous tenant has Sky as a provider so I assume it should work for us).
However, when calling the numerous numbers, I can't even access anything because my number isn't recognized in the system nor I can add my phone number to the SKY account I created this morning.
It looks like I'm in a sort of loophole - so what are the options to subscribe? Should I go directly to a store?
Thanks in advance,
Kevin

@Kevin96Do you have a phobe number that you are trying to bring with you or are you taking over the one that is already there? It does sound like the previous owner hasnt fully cancelled.

Alright, I'll ask the landlord then - but it means I can't do anything until then?

@bemak187 I'm not even looking for a landline or mobile offer, I just want internet at my new place.

You could likely order from another ISP, just not Sky.
