How to order new hub

Hello, 

I got a email months ago about needing a new hub because in December mine will no longer be secure. I completely forgot about it until now, I went to the email but the link no longer works. Is there another way to order a new hub without having to phone the?I have searched for ages on the website but just seems to be going in circles.
