How is full fibre going to be installed
Hi,
I have a scheduled installation for full fibre, but I'm concerned as to how this is going to be done. I've tried reaching out to various parties but can't seem to get a straight answer. I would like to know the following:
- is it going to be an overhead cable or underground.
- where are they planning on drilling through the wall.
- what permissions do they need to do any of the above.
Thanks in advance

Re: How is full fibre going to be installed
@Sky115 the fibre supply will very likely use a similar route as the current copper supply. However you can check for certain by putting your full address into this checker Openreach Checker. If you want help in understanding the information post the table and first 3 lines of the notes after removing the reference to your address.
That info will also showcwhetgervit is likely to be a simple single stage installation or one that requires several stages. However the one certain thing is thst a hole will have to be drilled to run the new cable which if you are a tenant that requires you to get the landlords approval.
