How do you get a new booster

Hi there my booster is not working and my WiFi doesn't pick up on any devices or if it does the speeds are awful and all over the place I have been told by sky on the test the booster is at fault how do I get one sent to me thanks

@Helen631 if Sky supplied the booster to you then simply ask them to replace it as they are loaned not sold or given. If the booster did not come directly from Sky you will have to buy another as a few leak onto the used market.
