Follow the steps below to seperate the wifi on the sky q hub er115 and broadband hub sr203.

@Hallix unless you have turned off the 2.4GHz wifi off it will be there but some devices cannot connect to dualband SSIDs. These are the instructions for separating bands to create 2 SSIDs Split Sky WiFi bands

 

Note if you have the latest Wifi Max hub these instructions wont work best work round is turn off the 5GHz band from the My Sky app and connect your devices then turn it back on.

You should be able to bypass and continue. The info you are supplying is all within your own network and the details will not leak beyond your router

Is that a safari browser? Use chrome as much as possible

 

The enter

 

Username        admin

Password          sky or wifi password

 

Then when it comes up with the error you should be able to continue

@cookiemonsteruk that's done it thank you. I was putting in my sky user name and password, not admin and wifi password. I have now managed to split it 🙂 Thanks for your help.
