How do I remove unknown devices from my sky hub?

Hiya

how can I remove unknown devices from my sky broadband hub? My broadband is running really slow at present and I have about 7 devices that show as unknown. I would like to keep the known devices connected- thanks.

Unknown devices are just devices that havent reported a name for themselves when connecting. They may still be something you require to be connected. Additionally you cannot disconnect devices from the Sky hub without unplugging them (if they are wired) or changing your WiFi password (if they are wireless)
