We have had Sky for a couple of years and all was well until April this year when the wifi started playing up.. We have struggled to get a consistent signal across the house and download speed drops to under 1.5mbs regularly, making it impossible to use Teams or Zoom for work.
Trying to get help via the website or the phone is useless as the tests Sky run vary from telling me everything is fine to 'I have an issue with in-home setup' with the irregularity of the signal. After 4 hours of searching and talking to the virtual assistant, I cannot find a real human being to contact on this - amazingly, the VA sends me to the community hub that is full of posts about the same problem!
So I want to get the refund that my Sky Boost deal promises me. But there is no info on how to do that either? Can anyone help?

How do you do that then?

Yes, but that link doesn't actually tell you how to apply for a refund...
