My hub and phones have stopped working. I am going round in circles on the website trying to find out how to get a new one.
Can anyone please advise?

Had this exact same issue happen to me today. All of a sudden all internet connection completely dropped and my Sky Max Hub router is just flashing green. Had to call Sky up for them to say it's an "issue with my home setup". Nothing has changed with my setup since getting Sky. Now I have to apparently wait for 3 days for the Network team to run tests. I work from home, I need connection!
