for the last week or so the sky q boxes we have one dow stairs two upstairs suddenly aren't connected to the router and to get them connected again we have to press and hold the wps button on the router. It connects but then signal drops and boxes disconnect this also goes for mobiles laptops etx that we connect to the wifi. Contacted sku they said 72 hours to look into but last night Skye upstairs wouldn't connect at all till I can down and hit wps button - we have never had to do this before and am sure it's to do with the router signal drops all disconnects - anyone encountered similar and if so any help appreciated thank you
