How can I force getting a different External IP address?

How can I force getting a different external IP address?

 

I switched off my router overnight, at least 7h. But I am still being allocated the same external IP address.

Skys wan ip address has become very sticky in the last year

 

You will need to log into your web interface by typing 192.168.0.1 into the address bar of a browser and go to maintenance . Then log in with

 

Username     admin

Password       sky or wifi password 

 

At the bottom of the maintenance screen click disconnect and leave for a while before clicking reconnect
