Horrendous connection issues

please see my previous engineer visit this was a few months ago potentially a year or so ago and I'll be honest. It resolved the issue after a extend box was fitted however we are having numerous issues every day with connection either being unavailable or connected and we're receiving horrendous speeds.

we have nest cameras and they are dropping off-line up to 50 times a day and I'm starting to get really frustrated paying for a product that I'm just not receiving despite The sky app telling me that my connection is amazing

 

I'm not receiving amazing connection please can you book an engineer to come out and resolve this? I've done the troubleshooting. I'm not seeing any improvement

@AnyVictoriaxox The Forum is not sky Customer Service, so if you want an Engineer visit you do have to call sky, dial 150 from your landline to connect free!
