Re: Home wall socket
If available ultrafast requires a fibre optic ont
In place of the standard openreach mastersocket
Sky Stream , Sky Superfast, SR203 router, Tp link td w9970 + Asus RT AX58U (backup), Xbox Series X, google home mini, LG 55 inch uhd tv, with Dolbyvision, samsung a5 2017 and samsung s21
If I get it right mark as answered
If I get it wrong humour me
If I say something you like give a thumbs up

No: the only 'Ultrafast' service a copper line and master phone socket can deliver uses G.fast broadband technology, and Sky has only ever resold an 'up to' 150Mbs version of that (in areas with appropriate Openreach infrastructure)
G.fast has a maximum speed of 'up to' 300Mbs so cannot match Ultrafast+ (500Mbs) anyway, which is why it's no longer being deployed into any new areas.
BT Halo 3+ Ultrafast FTTP (500Mbs), BT Smart Hub 2
