Home office Ethernet required

I have to set up a new home office in an area with a very poor Wi-Fi signal.

I have Sky Q that feeds an EE120 booster via Ethernet cable (using up the only Ethernet port). This in turn feeds via Wi-Fi a SE210 booster.
The home office will be close to the EE120 but the other side of a thick stone wall. Wi-Fi signal is almost non existent where the office will be (no alternative).  The house is large, Georgian and thick stone wall built so a challenging internet environment.
The SE210 booster is too far away to use.
Can I replace the EE120 with an alternative booster that has two Ethernet ports in the rear so that I can run a feed from it to the new office, (one in, one out). Or, do I need a switch before it and run a Ethernet cable from the switch to the office. If the latter can I use both boosters and Ethernet at the same time or will it be one or the other? Any switch?

Any help gratefully received.

Switching is the way to go: note that an ethernet switch is really a port multiplier, so it's not a very good name for the things.

Gigabit unmanaged is preferable, and a known brand rather than eBay anonymous.

Re: Home office Ethernet required

Many thanks for the reply, So a (branded) switch would adequately feed both the existing sky booster via Ethernet connection and a separate laptop in the home office via Ethernet connection?

Rather than plug the Ethernet cable directly into the lap top is there a plug and play Wi-Fi compatible with Sky that could be used to then connect multiple devices?

@Darran4 for work purposes ethernet is far better than wifi but you can buy a basic Wifi access point and connect that in the new office. Personally I would have a second switch in the office (they are pretty cheap) and have both ethernet and wifi available.

That would be a Sky wireless booster of a model to match the form factor of your Sky Hub.  While these aren't strictly legitimate to resell, there are multiple examples on a certain auction platform.
