Home moving

Just moved to a new address and notified Sky Broadband, with service scheduled to start today. Reconnected the Sky Max Hub, but it’s only showing a slowly flashing green light. How long will it take to turn white so I can use the Wi-Fi connection again?

@Carcarchu activation of a service after ahome move requires work by Openreach and can happen at any time on the date given up until midnight. If the service is not working call Sky the following day as they should have a report as to what has happened.

@Carcarchu the forum prevents posting of phone numbers you can find Skky support numbers which start 03 by using the contact us links and following the links or simply doing an online search. Do not use numbers not starting 03 ro avoid call forwarding services who charge. Lines open after 7am
