Home move

Hi, i contacted sky earlier to book my home move and upgrade my broadband at the same time, i gave my new address but on the sky app its showing that the engineer visit and all my details are still at the old address, do i need to contact again or will it update?

@Meg-ano it needs to be checked out so I have escalated your post I can see that your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted.
