Home move what bits do I need to take with me?

I'm moving home this week and have started the home move service (not impressed though), however what bits do I need to take with me?

The router? the ONT (??) I'm moving to a new build so can't get reconnected until I've got a date to move in.

Thanks

NOT the ONT as that would prevent the next occupants from using it. There should even be a sticker on it saying leave when moving.Take the hub and leads.
