Home Move issue

Apart from calling sky which seems like the only current option has anyone come across when trying to arrange a home move and selecting the option this then advises You've booked your home move already ? when clicking on this is says there is no orders which is correct as ive not arranged the move yet.

 

anyone know a way round this or a way to resolve it or will it be a case of having to contact sky directly

The only way to get help will either be to call or use one of the social mrdua links at the bottom of this page to get in touch with Sky.
