Moving into new house which has just been refurbed and it seems the BT openreach port has been removed and the area plastered over. THe external connection is still there on the outside of the house.
Will the sky engineer be able to reinstall the port or will I need BT OPen reach to reinstall it?

OK: FTTP is not available, so the address does require a copper Openreach line to a master socket.
Typically that will need Openreach attention, but this has to be booked through the ISP.

Re: Home Move - BT open reach connection point
Putting the address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker should indicate which provisioning type is applicable.
https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL/AddressHome
It's the table and the two text lines below it which are most useful.
Remove any personal information (such as the address itself) if you post an image.
